In Indonesia, this class of worms that is very important and causes health problems in the community is roundworm (Ascaris lumbricoides), the disease is called Ascariasis, whipworm (Trichuris trichiura), the disease is called Trichuriasis, hookworms (Ancylostoma duodenale and Necator americanus) the disease is called ankylostomyasis and nekatoriasis, Children are the group of people who suffer the most from diseases, one of which is that children must be protected from worms, especially elementary school age children because they often play or come into contact with the soil which is the place where the worms grow and develop. Worm infection has a negative impact on health and mental development and can even hinder child development, disability and blindness. Nguter sub-district has several villages / regions, one of which is Nguter village which was designated as ?Kampung Jamu? by the Ministry of Health in 2011-2025. Geographically, Nguter village is located in a densely populated area, in the south it is bordered by Selogiri District, Wonogiri Regency, in the north it is bordered by Sukoharjo District and Bendosari District, in the east it is bordered by Wonogiri District, Wonogiri Regency, to the west is bordered by Bulu District, Tawangsari District, and Sukoharjo District. Poor personal hygiene and environmental sanitation for children is a factor that facilitates the transmission of worms, especially groups of children who have a habit of defecating in open water channels or in the environment around the house, eating without washing their hands, and playing in the soil contaminated with worm eggs without footwear.} }
