Diarrheal disease at the Pakis Baru health center in 2018 to 2020 for diarrheal diseases was included in the top 10 most diseases. This study aims to determine the types of plants used, how to use and determine the value of UV and ICF. This research is a descriptive study that uses qualitative and quantitative methods with a sampling technique using snowball sampling through open-ended interviews with 14 informants who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria using a check list/questionnaire. Plants that have the potential as antidiarrheal were analyzed using Use Value (UV) and Informant Consensus Factor (ICF). Based on the results of the study, it was found that there were 17 plant species used as diarrhea medicine in Tempel hamlet, 8 plant species that had a Use Value (UV) value close to 1 were 8 plants, namely: guava leaves, turmeric rhizomes, sepat bananas, salak fruit and jackfruit with a value of 1, sapodilla fruit with a value of 0.857, coconut fruit with a value of 0.571, and cinnamon with a value of 0.5, while the value of the Informant Concensus Factor (ICF) obtained a value of 1.} }
