The preparation of this Transdermal Patch uses the solvent-casting method. This study aims to determine from the three formulas F1 (2.5ml), F2 (3ml) and F3 (4ml) ylang flower essential oil (Cananga odorata (Lmk).f.Thoms) which is effective in inhibiting Staphylococcus aureus bacteria which is one of the bacteria causing pimple. Ylang flower essential oil was obtained by steam distillation method and obtained 10 ml of oil and the yield was 0.2% v/w. The results showed that the formula that could inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria was formula 3 with an inhibition zone diameter of 30.2 mm, a bacterial inhibition zone using a positive control of tetracycline and a negative control of aquades. The best formula for transdermal patch preparation of ylang flower essential oil as an anti-acne was shown in formula 3 with a concentration of 4 ml.} }
