This is related to the flavonoid content in lemons. The purpose of this study was to determine the total flavonoid content in local and imported L Osbeck lemon (Citrus limon) juice using the UV-Vis spectrophotometric method. The filtered juice was used for qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Qualitative analysis with concentrated HCI reagent plus magnesium powder, 10% NaOH, and concentrated H2SO4 with the result that lemon juice is positive for flavonoids. Quantitative analysis using UV-Vis spectrophotometry with operating time at 28 minutes, maximum wavelength of 439 nm. Total flavonoid content in local lemon juice was 38.419 ± 0.4449 mg QE/100 ml of juice, the % coefficient of variation obtained was 0.55%. The total flavonoid content in imported lemon juice is 39.989 ± 0.1991 mg QE/100 ml of juice and the coefficient of variation is 0.60%.} }
