This study aims to describe the suitability of the application of aseptic dispensing procedures for sterile injections of antibiotics in the Injectable Drug Mixing Unit of RSUD Dr. Moewardi. The method used in this research is the descriptive quantitative research method. Data analysis was carried out by calculating the percentage of conformity of the application of aseptic dispensing procedures to the Standard Operating Procedures for handling injection drug reconstitution and the implementation of reconstitution in RSUD Dr. Moewardi, is said to be appropriate if the percentage of conformity is >50% and not appropriate if <50%. Data collection was carried out by direct observation of the act of mixing antibiotic injections using a checklist sheet and interviews with officers at the Injecting Drug Mixing Unit. Sampling was done by using a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study obtained 172 actions of preparing and mixing antibiotic injections, and 28 storing the rest of the reconstitution of antibiotic injections. The results showed a picture of the suitability of the application of aseptic dispensing procedures for sterile injections of antibiotics in the Injectable Drug Mixing Unit of RSUD Dr. Moewardi at the preparation stage was 98.95%, at the mixing stage it was 99.63%, and at the storage stage it was 82.14%. The study concludes that the application of aseptic dispensing procedures for sterile injections of antibiotics in the Injecting Drug Mixing Unit is by the Standard Operating Procedures for handling injection drug reconstitution and the implementation of reconstitution at RSUD Dr. Moewardi.} }
