This type of research is a descriptive done with use total plate number method. The Samples used 3 types of cleaner with the Quota sampling technique with 15 probands taken from the palm swab hand his before and after use cleaner hand. Germ Number Test Research this concluded that from third type cleaner hand the there is difference to drop total number germs that is with percentage subtraction wash hand use Soap stems containing triclosan < 0.3% by 97,8% , Soap Liquid containing triclosan <0.3% by 84.4%, and hand sanitizer gel
containing alcohol 60-95% of 78.5 %, as well as from third type cleaner hand that has mark number the smallest germ that is soap stem containing triclosan < 0.3% with ALT result 75 CFU/ml or 7,5 × 10 CFU/ml , with percentage subtraction total germs by 97,8%.}
