Ice cubes are solid masses that result from water freezing at very low temperatures, which is below 0ºC. Ice cubes that are poorly processed can be contaminated with disease-causing bacteria, one of which is a group of coliform bacteria. The purpose of this study was to provide information about the possibility of the presence or absence of Salmonella sp bacteria in ice cubes used by beverage sellers. This Scientific Writing Research uses a descriptive observational research design that is to provide an overview or describe an object through the samples that have been collected. This research was conducted at the National STIKES Bacteriology Laboratory in December - April 2022. This sampling used a random sampling technique on a population of 9 ice cube sellers in Kwarasan Village, Grogol, Sukoharjo. From the examination at the National STIKES Bacteriology Laboratory, 9 samples examined were found to be bacteria belonging to the group of gram positive coccus bacteria and Klebsiella pneumoniae.
