Service time is the length of time used by officers in carrying out service activities or during a service activity in one day. In an effort to carry out quality health services, one aspect of the quality of health services is access to services which are marked by patient waiting times. Waiting time is one of the benchmarks for the quality of health services. outpatient medical service This study was conducted to determine the time of providing medical record files for outpatient services at Harapan Bunda Hospital. The specific objectives are to identify procedures for providing outpatient medical record files, calculating the time for providing outpatient medical records, identifying factors causing delays in providing outpatient medical records in accordance with minimum service standards. Standard Operating Procedures for the Provision of Old Patient Medical Records which includes the standard time for providing medical records for long outpatients. The factors that cause inaccuracy in the provision of outpatient medical records are: Medical records are still on the sorting rack, Have not returned from the inpatient unit, Medical records are borrowed by other units, Misfiled / misfiled, Tracers are not printed to the medical record unit, Medical Record Files which has not been coded.
