Transmission of Hepatitis B virus is caused by one of the factors that is Clean and Healthy Behavior, Santriwati habits still wearing cutlery, bathing equipment simultaneously, mutually lend other personal tools simultaneously, other than that the level of cleanliness of the dormitory environment in Islamic Boarding School Darul Hijrah Putri Martapura is still less hieginis, so it can be one of the main factors in virus contamination Hepatitis B. Hepatitis B is an inflammation or infection of the liver cells caused by viral hepatitis B. Hepatitis B can be detected either by examination of HBsAg (hepatitis B surface antigen) which is a surface antigen of hepatitis B viruses purpose of this research to know the description of HBsAg test results on female students of Senior High School class X Islamic Boarding School Darul Hijrah Putri Martapura 2017. the research method used is descriptive survey, with a population of 260 female students were taken 28 santriwati randomly. HBsAg examination by using rapid test method with serum sample and santriwati toxicity assessment using questionnaire. Of the 28 samples tested, female students who are HBsAg positive infected as many as 1 (4%) and the negatives are as many as 27 people (96%). The results of the questionnaire stated 100% Santriwati Islamic Boarding School Darul Hijrah Putri Martapura using personal equipment together. Suggested For Respondents Senior High School class X Islamic Boarding School Darul Hijrah Putri Martapura 2017 to do Hepatitis B vaccine and More improve the behavior of clean and healthy life in everyday life in Islamic Boarding School.
