The method of this research is cross sectional. The result showed that the value of LED with 0.9% NaCl dilution was obtained by the highest value of 5 mm / hr and the lowest value of 2 mm / h, while the non-filtering value of NaCl 0.9% obtained the highest value of 65 mm / h and the lowest value Of 3 mm / hour. In the normality test obtained results significant value with dilution is 0.144 and without dilution 0.099 which means more than 0.05 it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed. Paired T-Test test results obtained significant value 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Conclusion from the research result is average value of LED by using dilution of NaCl 0,9% equal to 9 mm / hour and average value of LED without using dilution of NaCL 0,9% equal to 17 mm / hour result of this research got difference between examination LED with and without dilution of NaCl 0.9%. To add the knowledge is expected to continue the difference in blood sedimentation rate (LED) with and without dilution of NaCl with 1 and 2 hour read.
