ABSTRAK
Pediculosis capitis atau kutu kepala adalah infestasi dari kulit kepala dan rambut yang disebabkan oleh pediculus humanus capitis. Pediculosis banyak menyerang anak sekolah yang tinggal di asrama karena banyaknya faktor pendukung infestasi peduculus humanus capitis, seperti kebersihan (Personal Hygiene) yang kurang dan kebiasaan pinjam meminjam barang. Kebersihan rambut seseorang akan mempengaruhi infeksi Pediculosis. Dalam Penelitian yang dilakukan Rahmawati (2014) didapatkan 60,5% santri wati tingkat SMP terinfeksi pediculosis yang disebabkan oleh Pediculus humaus capitis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kebersihan rambut dengan kejadian Pediculus humanus capitis pada siswi SMP Pondok Pesantren Modern Cindai Alus Puteri di Kecamatan Martapura Tahun 2018. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survei analitik dengan teknik pengambilan menggunakan. Total sampling yang di lakukan selama 1 hari dengan total sampel sebanyak 59 orang.Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa terinfeksi Pediculu shumanus capitis sebanyak 37 orang (63%) dan negatif sebanyak 22 orang (37%), dan hasil dari kuesioner kebersihan rambut di dapatkan siswi yang memiliki kebersihan rambut yang baik sebanyak 19 orang (32%) dan kebersihan rambut yang buruk sebanyak 40 (68%) maka terdapat hubungan antara kebersihan rambut dengan kejadian Pediculusu humanuscapitis berdasarkan perhitungan uji chi-square didapatkan hasil p=value 0,001<0,5dari nilai asmp. Berdasarkan penelitian ini disarankan adanya penyuluhan tentang pentingnya kebersihan rambut dalam upaya mencegah masalah kejadian Padiculus humanuscapitis.

ABSTRACT
Pediculosiscapitis or head louse is an infestation of the scalp and hair caused by pediculushumanuscapitis. pediculosis attacks many schoolchildren who live in dormitories because of the many factors supporting peduculus infestation humanuscapitis, such as poor hygiene (Personal Hygiene) and borrowing and borrowing practices. The hygiene of a person's hair will affect the Pediculosis infection. In research conducted Rahmawati (2014) got 60,5% santriwati junior high school infected pediculosis caused by Pediculushumauscapitis. The purpose of this research is to know the correlation of hair hygiene with Pediculushumanuscapitis event at SMP PondokPesantren Modern CindaiAlusPuteri in Martapura Sub-district Year 2018. The method used is analytical survey with the technique of using total sampling conducted for 1 day with total sample 59 people. The results showed that infected Pediculushumanuscapitis as many as 37 people (63%) and negative as much as 22 people (37%), and the results of hair hygiene questionnaire in get girls who have good hair hygiene as much as 19 people (32%) and hair hygiene as bad as 40 (68%). Based on the calculation of chi-square test results obtained p = value 0.001 <0.5 of the asmp value. Based on this research, it is suggested that pesantren can understand the importance of hair hygiene in order to prevent the problem of Pediculushumanuscapitis event.
