ABSTRAK
Hepatitis B merupakan suatu penyakit hati yang disebabkan oleh virus Hepatitis B (HBV), suatu anggota famili Hepadnavirus yang dapat menjadi peradangan hati akut atau menahun. Hepatitis B dapat menginfeksi melalui dua cara penularan yaitu penularan vertikal dan horizontal. Salah satu lokasi yang memungkinkan terjadinya penularan yaitu SMA berasrama. Pemeriksaan untuk Hepatitis B dapat dilakukan sedini mungkin dengan metode screening test menggunakan stik HBsAg. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil pemeriksaan HBsAg pada siswa SMA di asrama putra Wilhelmus Banjarmasin serta ingin melihat persentase hasil pemeriksaaan HBsAg pada siswa SMA di asrama putra Wilhelmus Banjarmasin. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan kali ini adalah survey deskriptif dengan metode random sampling dan pemeriksaan dikerjakan menggunakan stik HBsAg. Siswa yang menjadi responden sebanyak 34 orang dari total keseluruhan siswa ada 75 orang yang tinggal di asrama tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan HBsAg di asrama putra Wilhelmus Banjarmasin diketahui bahwa seluruh siswa yang menjadi responden pada penelitian kali ini adalah 100% negatif Hepatitis B. Saran untuk penelitian kali ini yaitu, siswa harus peduli kesehatan dengan menjalankan pola hidup sehat dan tidak menggunakan barang pribadi orang lain secara bergantian.

Results of HBsAg Examination on Senior High School Students In Boys Dormitory Wilhelmus Banjarmasin April 2018

ABSTRACT

Hepatitis B is a liver disease caused by the hepatitis B virus (HBV), a member of the Hepadnavirus family that can become acute or chronic liver inflammation. Hepatitis B can infect through two ways of transmission that is vertical and horizontal transmission. One of the locations that allows the transmission of senior high school boarding. Examination for Hepatitis B can be done as early as possible by screening test method using HBsAg stick. The purpose of this study is to find out the results of HBsAg examination on high school students in the boys dormitory Wilhelmus Banjarmasin and want to see the percentage of HBsAg examination results on high school students in boys' dorms Wilhelmus Banjarmasin. The type of research used this time is descriptive survey with random sampling method and examination done using HBsAg stick. Students who become respondents as many as 34 people from total 75 student that live in dormitory. Based on the results of HBsAg examination in the boys dormitory Wilhelmus Banjarmasin note that all students who become respondents in the study this time is 100% negative Hepatitis B. The research suggestion that students should care their health by a running healthy lifestyle and do not use other people’s personal item.
