One of the problems that must be solved is microba existance ,especially coliform bacteria that is fekal material dirt indicator in the water. To establish water quality the existance bacteria is determined with Most Probable Number (MPN) test. The aim of this research is to know MPN Coliform dirt existance in refill dringking water that is sold in sungai besar regency Banjarbaru. This research is descriptive survei with 7 refreshment stand population. The sample is taken with insidental sampling manner in the morning and the night. The data is collected with observation and laboratorium investigation for MPN coliform that is analyzed using crosswise tabulation. Laboratorium investigation result in refill dringking water shows 43% is positive included Coliform and 57% is negative. Based on observation result, the refreshment stand that make a disinfection in the container 57% and 43% didnt. Conclusion from this research is positive result in refreshment stand that makes disinfection in the container before refilling is 25% and the refreshment stand that does not make disinfection in the container is 67%. The suggestion from this research is hopely to hold a advanced research about factors that can cause refill dringking water dirt with Coliform. Keyword : MPN Coliform, refill dringking wate} }
