ABSTRACT 
One of the factors that change investigation result of thrombocyte amount is anticoagulants use, anticoagulants that is often used is Na2EDTA and K3EDTA. The aim of this result is to know the amount contradiction of thrombosis between anticoagulants Na2EDTA and K3EDTA. This research is analytic survey with cooperative approach. And the material for this research is blood with anticoagulants Na2EDTA and K3EDTA that is investigated amount thromboscyte is 16 blood samples from students of health analysis academy banjarbaru semester VI. and the average of thrombocyte amount that uses Na2EDTA 202.915 sel/mm3, and the average of thrombocyte amount that uses K3EDTA 228.850 sel/mm3, and the statistic test result of paired sample test is significant 0,125 bogger than point p 0,05 , so, there is no statistic contradiction for blood thrombocyte amount counts due to the of anticoagulants Na2EDTA and K3EDTA.
