ABSTRACT

	
	Health analysts is a very great a risk of contracting a disease of one of them is hepatitis b, analysts should health must be careful in the examination of samples because health analysts often direct contact with samples of dangerous and direct contact during blood sampling. The results of the data obtained from kuisioner all health analysts using a protective self, 4 officers health analysts had punctured a needle at work, health analysts officers always washing hands and use a disinfectant after finished work , all officers have always cast a specimen in a sink medical, five personnel health analyst for work never use the vaccine, all the analysts of health there is no family suffering from hepatitis b . The purpose of this research to find out the image and infection is hepatitis b in health analyst at RSUD H. Damanhuri barabai the year 2015. The kind of research survey this descriptive, this study was conducted on the date april 6-9 2015 in the laboratory the district general hospital H.Damanhuri Barabai by the number of samples from 22 people in total of sampling .The outcome of research on sample 22 he got that officers health analyst laboratory no of being exposed to the hepatitis b virus ( a negative hbsag ).

ABSTRAK

Analis Kesehatan merupakan pekerjaan yang sangat beresiko besar tertular penyakit salah satunya adalah Hepatitis B, sebaiknya Analis Kesehatan harus berhati-hati dalam pemeriksaan sampel Karena Analis Kesehatan sering kontak langsung dengan sampel yang berbahaya dan kontak langsung saat mngambil darah. Hasil data yang didapat dari kuisioner semua Analis kesehatan menggunakan Alat pelindung diri, 4 petugas Analis Kesehatan pernah tertusuk jarum saat bekerja, petugas Analis Kesehatan selalu cuci tangan dan menggunakan desinfektan setelah selesai bekerja, semua petugas selalu membuang spesimen di wastafel medis, 5 petugas Analis Kesehatan selama bekerja tidak pernah bervaksin, semua petugas Analis Kesehatan tidak ada keluarga yang menderita Hepatitis B. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran dan persentasi infeksi Hepatitis B pada Analis Kesehatan di RSUD H. Damanhuri Barabai Tahun 2015. Jenis penelitian ini Survei Deskriptif, penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 6-9 April Tahun 2015 di Laboratorium Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah H. Damanhuri Barabai dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 22 orang secara total sampling. Hasil penelitian terhadap 22 sampel didapatkan bahwa petugas Analis Kesehatan laboratorium tidak ada yang terpapar virus Hepatitis B (negatif HBsAg).
