		abstract={Leadership is important for the spiritual leader of Christians in the service of the Church, School and Community. Therefore, every person who is called to serve God in the work of professional duties Leaders need to understand the importance of leadership. As a leader, Ezra is the Jewish community that went up from ? Babylon to Jerusalem. He has the authority to prepare a trip, watching the group, select the group leaders, teach, organize and oversee the continuity of religious, spiritual and moral resolve issues in the Jewish community with a foreign woman. Ezra submit all under the authority of God's existence, which used it to restore back the people to fear God. Spiritual and moral transformation of the Jewish community who had retumed from Babylon was God's intervention through Ezra working with some of the members of the group. 
The scientific work was prepared as a contribution to the development of Christian theology and leadership is responsible for analyzes using the exposition of the Bible as a primary source of truth and supported by some literature. 
This paper is based on Ezra 7-10 as the primary text in the discussion and next steps: F irst, a descriptive analysis presented Ezra background to understand the whole book. Second, Biblical Studies, Theoretical, framework and basic assumptions Thought, Third, Ezra 7-10 are described in terms of several passages in the exposition with the context to find the content and intent, as well as the essential truths contained therein. And Fourth, Leadership Ezra in Ezra 7-10 described, so that it can be applied by the spiritual leader of Christians in the Church, School and Community.}
