Subjects for this study included 96 students in classes 12 P1, P2, P3, and P4 at SMK N 1 Seririt who were majoring in hospitality, a teacher at SMK N 1 Seririt who taught food and beverage classes, and a member of the Aston Canggu Beach Resort's food and beverage staff.The data were gather through interviews and checklists. The research method used in this study is D&D (Design and Development). The collected data is then subjected to qualitative analysis. The results reveals three findings, (1) this study developed several topics, including receiving guest, seating guest, taking order, explaining menu, serving food and beverage, clearing up, crumbing down, and presenting bill and farewell the guest. (2) Designing English-language materials for food and drink that include input section, content focus section, language focus section, and task section which focus on speaking skill. (3) Based on the assessments of two experts, the materials is categorized very good materials.} }
