Work Environment, Motivation, Compensation is a factor used to see how employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is a general attitude towards one's work as a difference between the many awards received by workers and the amount of rewards believed to be accepted. This study was examined to find out whether the Work Environment, Motivation, and Compensation affect the Job Satisfaction of employees at PT Wahana Wirawan Manado. The questionnaire was distributed to 46 employees and also respondents from the population of this study, where the population was the number of employees of PT Wahana Wirawan Manado. The results of the study produce a regression equation Y = 1.310 + 0.598X1 + 0.342X2 + 0.120X3 + e. for the partial test, the Ttable obtained was 1,663 and Tcount from the Work Environment = 3,592, Motivation = 2,627, and Compensation = 0.950. The results of the T test show that the values in the Work Environment and Motivation Tcount> Ttable. This means that the Work Environment and Motivation have a significant influence on PT Wahana Wirawan employee Job Satisfaction, while the Compensation Ftable (2.82). Then the results of the conclusions are variable Work Environment, Motivation, Compensation together have a significant influence toward Job Satisfaction of employees at PT Wahana Wirawan Manado.
