		abstract={Manado City is one of the regions in Indonesia that is actively involved in the tourism sector. It is proven by one of the annual activities held in Manado City, namely Manado Fiesta. Manado Fiesta is a week packed event that aims to bring tourists and promote tourism places and culture in Manado City. Cooperation between the organizers Manado City Tourism represents the city government of Manado with the promotion of tourism agency Manado City area in the success of Manado Fiesta Festival. The issue of this activity is what are the activities of the tourism department and the promotion body of the city of Manado to succeed in this activity, and how the efforts and strategies are undertaken. The method of research done is qualitative descriptive. Data retrieval methods performed with observations, interviews, and documentation. The strategic cooperation of tourism agency and Tourism promotion agency of Manado City in the success of Manado Fiesta is as follows; World of Mouth marketing, promotion through advertising, establishing good relationships with society and publicity, through events and experiences. In support of the strategies that have been planned and implemented, there is also tourism potential of Manado Fiesta, namely maritime tourism potential, ecotourism, and religion.
