From the shifting learning methods face-to-face to virtual classrooms, it is important to examine students' positive perceptions of e-learning in EFL virtual classroom. For this research, the qualitative approach has been adopted with five students last semester in one of Institutions in Indonesian. Data collection method was questionnaire and interview which was analyzed in critical discourse analysis from four themes of research, namely perceived usefulness, perceived self- efficacy, perceived ease, and behavioral intention of using e-learning. The result showed that students' acceptance of e-learning as a new learning method has many positive effects to the students, such as could be done anywhere and anytime, added skills in mastering future-oriented technology equipment, made students feel comfortable, accessible, and available for the applications; and provided availability of electronic books on various official websites. Although students gained confidence, benefits, and many conveniences, the findings showed a lack of e-learning in behavioral intention theme namely deficiency of interaction and feedback between students and teachers and too much material presentation. In addition, it offers benefits for policy-makers, designers, and developers to know more about the key aspects of the successful use of e-learning in the future.} }
