The culinary business used to be in the form of food stalls and depots, but over time, there were restaurants, cafes, restaurants, hangouts and other places. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product, price, and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Mie Pangsit Jakarta Pak No in Surabaya. The approach used in this research is quantitative by using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Sample in this study amounted to 75 respondents. The results of multiple linear regression in this study Y = 2.251 + 0.144 X1 - 0.056 X2 + 0.791 X3 while the Adjusted R Square value is 0.814, which means that the variables Product (X1), Price (X2), andService Quality (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) can be said to be very strong, namely as much as 80.6% and the rest is equal to 19.4% contributed from other variables not examined in this study. Based on the results of data processing, it can be said that the product has a significant effect on purchasing decisions where the tcount is 2.234> ttable 1.99394 and the significance level is 0.029 <0.05. Price has no effect on purchasing decisions where the value of tcount - tcount -0.809> ttable -1.99394 and a significance level of 0.421> 0.05. Service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions where tcount 13.609> ttable 1.99394 and a significance level of 0.00 <0.05. After a series of tests that have been carried out, it is concluded that the product and service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the price has no effect on purchasing decisions} }
