The purchasing decision of consumers interested in buying is one of the main factors that are targeted by the company to attract new consumers and re-use services. The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of service quality, promotion and price on purchasing decisions at UD.Avtech Hikvision Surabaya. The approach used in this study is quantitative using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Respondents in this study amounted to 75 people, the determination of the sample in this study using non probability samples techniques. Based on the results of data processing it can be said that the Service Quality does not significantly influence the Purchase Decision where the value of t arithmetic (1.772) 0.05. Promotion does not have a significant effect on the Purchase Decision where the value of t arithmetic (0.216) 0.05. The price has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision where the value of t arithmetic (3.203)> t table (1.99394) with a significant value of 0.002 <0.05. After a series of tests that have been carried out, the conclusion is that service quality does not affect purchasing decisions, promotion does not affect purchasing decisions and prices have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.} }
