There are 35 kinds of rides in Batu Night Spectacular, but only 7 rides will be studied, the level of queue is quite high. 7 vehicles include: Air Bike rides, Twist In Tower ,Banji Trampoline, Pirates Ship, Electric Bicycle, Mega Mix, Go-Kart. In this study using the open Jackson method which is very appropriate to be used in this study, because it has a system with many workstations . The existing queue model in Batu Night Spectacular is an open Jackson queue system which has expontial distribution of service and random arrival distribution with 7 workstation from 7 rides, First Come First Sarved and unlimited queue capacity and unlimited number of visitors. The value of the opportunity for a vehicle visited by visitor is 26.04% Air Bicycles, 5.89% Twist In Tower, 28.41% Banji Trampolin, 3.02% Pirates Ship, 29.68% Electric Bycycles, rides Mega Mix 1.40%, Gokart vehicle 3.61%.} }
