This study uses primary data sources in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of data about the company as a support for research results. Interviews were conducted with officials at PT. Trijaya Indo Pratama, Sidoarjo, which is responsible for running a business every day, as well as secondary data in the form of data from PT. Trijaya Indo Pratama, Sidoarjo. The results of this study show that employees are not optimal at work because they often come late and do not go to work, unworthy salary targets that are not achieved. The response of officials to the performance of employees is how to improve the quality of employees where an evaluation is conducted to determine a problem and after that planning an effective strategy for employee performance can be better in carrying out responsibilities and obligations as employees for the company.} }
