One of them is Kober Mie Setan, Semolowaru branch, Surabaya, which is one of the culinary places in Surabaya that is unique from ordinary restaurants. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and atmosphere on consumer satisfaction at Kober Mie Setan Cab Semolowaru Surabaya. The method in sampling is purposive sampling method using a questionnaire to 75 respondents who are customers of Kober Mie Setan Cab Semolowaru Surabaya with the requirements (1) male or female; (2) ages 17-50 years; (3) make purchases at least 1 (one) time. This research was tested using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (Multicollinearity Test, Heterocedasticity Test and Normality Test), Multiple Linear Regression Test, Determinant Coefficient and t Test. In the t test the results of the product quality variable (X1) = t count 33.686> t table 1.994 with a significant level of 0> 0.050 which means that product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction in Kober Mie Setan Cab Semolowaru Surabaya, price variable (X2) = t count -2.382 t table 1.994 with a significant level 0.020} }
