This tudy used the method of sampling surveys using stratified random sampling based on the type of rice fields Rainfed and Irrigation and data analysis of soil pH with methods Elektrometri, soil organic matter content by the method of Walkley and Black, nutrients Nitrogen total with methods Kjeldhal, P is available with method BrayII, base cations (K+, Na,Ca2+,Mg2+) with the method extraction NH4oAc1 N pH7, Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC) by the method of extraction of NH4OAc pH 7 and base saturation with calculation. Results of research on the soil for rainfed and irrigation showed that the pH of dominant soil slightly acid, organic C dominant low, N total is low, P provided predominantly very low, K exchange dominant low, Ca exchange is low, Mg exchange the dominant medium, Na exchange low dominant, dominant CEC being, BS is very low dominant. The fertility status of rainfed lowland and irrigated soil is very low to low, except in Puji Mulyo village paddy soil is moderate due to high organic C.} }
