Mud crab Scylla tranquebarica many found in estuary waters of Karang Gading Wildlife Reserve Deli Serdang Regency. Until now, data about the existence of Mud crab Scylla tranquebarica in estuary waters of Karang Gading Wildlife Reserve Deli Serdang Regency has not been obtained, so it is necessary to do research. This study aims to determine the abundance, distribution, growth patterns, condition factor and the relationship abundance of Mud crab Scylla tranquebarica with physical-chemical factors. Sampling the Mud crab was conducted in December 2017 - February 2018 in the estuary waters of Karang Gading Wildlife Reserve Deli Serdang Regency. The analyzed of substrate is done in the Agronomy Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture University of North Sumatra. Sampling of Mud crab using bubu made of bamboo and iron, with diameter 50 cm and height 15 cm. Sampling of Mud crab mop done every once a month starting hours at at 08.00 am - 18.00 pm. In each sampling 3 times laying bubu. Mud crab Scylla tranquebarica obtained at each station calculated the number of individuals, measured the width of carapace and body weight of the crabs, then analyzed which includes abundance, distribution, growth pattern and condition factor. Measurements of physical-chemical parameters of water include water temperature, water depth, water transparency, current velocity, water pH, dissolved oxygen, and water salinity are performed directly in the field at each station with one repetition. The result concluded that the abundance of Mud crab at most at station II with a value of 6 ind/m2, the distribution of Mud crab belong to the ditribution pattern of group. The pattern of Mud crab growth in each of its stratum in estuary waters of Karang Gading Wildlife Reserve is negative allometric. The Mud crab condition factor in each station morphologically has good plumpness.} }
