		abstract={The purpose of this research is to the effect of liquidity ratios,
profitability and solvency to stock price with earnings per share as moderating
variable.
Population of this research is manufacturing companies which have
listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. Sampling technique
which is used is purposive sampling, and obtained 61 sample companies that
become the object research is totally 181 units of analysis. Methods of data
collection in this research used secondary data in the form of financial
statements that have been published. The analytical methods used in this
research are descriptive statistics, the classic assumption test, F test, t test,
multiple regression analysis, and residual test for moderating variable using
SPSS.
The result showed that simultaneously liquidity ratios, profitabiliti, and
solvency gave significant effect on stock price. Partially profitability ratio gave
significant effect on stock price, on the contrary likuidity and solvency ratios
does not significant effect to stock price partially. Based on moderating test
with residual test, the result is earnings per share had no effect in moderation
the relationship likuidity ratio, profitability and solvency to stock price.
The result are not significant at the testing earnings per share as
moderating variable gives inputs for the next researchers to use other variables
as moderating variables suspected to affect stock price.}
