The sample in this study were taken by the method of saturated samples. The questionnaire can be further processed as many as 50 questionnaires. The hypothesis was analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of software SmartPLS 3.0. The result of this study are Decentralization is positive effect on the SKPD?s Managerial Performance in Labuhanbatu District, Organizational Commitment is positive effect on the SKPD?s Managerial Performance in Labuhanbatu District, and Government?s Internal Control System positive effect on the SKPD?s Managerial Performance in Labuhanbatu District. From the research?s results, it is suggested that all of Labuhanbatu district Government Agencies should improve the application of Decentralization, Organizational Commitment and the Government?s Internal Control System swhich enhance SKPD?s managerial performance itself.} }
