However, it still found a patient complaint on customer satisfaction in terms of Service Quality. The difference between patient expectation to Sehati Husada Clinic?s services leads to a gap between patient expectations and reality received. The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the influence of Reliability Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibles on Sehati Husada Clinic patient Satisfaction Kecamatan Sibiru-biru and to know and analyze the most dominant factors to influence Patient Satisfaction. The research was conducted on Sehati Husada?s Patient. The population in this research were the patient in age between 15 years old until 55 years old in Clinic Sehati Husada who have been treated. This analyzing method is by using descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression. This research is study associative and this research is using primary and secondary data which was obtained by documentation study and questionnaire whose measurement is using likert differential scale. Data was processed statistically by using SPSS for windows, namely T-test, F-test and identification of the determinant (R2). As the result of this research, based on simultaneous test and partial it this proved that the factor of Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibles have a positive and significant on Patient Satisfaction of Clinic Sehati Husada Kecamatan Sibiru - biru.} }
