		abstract={This study was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of Profitability
(ROE), Growth Opportunity, Capital Structure (DER), and Company Size on
Corporate Value (Tobin's Q) banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in
2012-2017. The population in this study were 43 companies and companies that
met the sample criteria were 25 companies. Data analysis techniques used were
descriptive statistical data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis of panel
data using Eviews 7. The results showed that Profitability (ROE), Growth
Opportunity, Capital Structure (DER), and Company Size (Size) simultaneously
affected significant to the Company Value variable (Tobin's Q) banking
companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2017. Profitability
(ROE) has a positive and significant effect on the Bank's Value (Tobin's Q) listed
on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2017, Growth Opportunity has a
positive and insignificant effect on the Bank's Corporate Value (Tobin's Q) listed
on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 -2017 while the Capital Structure
(DER) and Company Size (Size) have a negative and insignificant effect on the
Bank's Value (Tobin's Q) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2017.}
