The purpose of this study is to evaluate the conversion of hydrolysis of corn cobs into bioethanol by mixture of Zymomonas mobilis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Glucose of corn cobs hydrolysis is equal to 5,869 g/ml. bioethanol fermentation is carried out at variation fermentation time (1, 3, 5 and 7 days) and combination of number of cultures ( Zymomonas mobilis : Saccharomyces cerevisiae = 1:1; 1:2 and 2:1) (%v/v) at room temperature. Bioethanol obtained from this study investigation using gas chromatography. The optimum bioethanol yield is obtained by using combination of (Zymomonas mobilis : Saccharomyces cerevisiae = 2:1) 3 days is equal to 6,31%.} }
