The problem of operators in the network hospital is that operators are not on standby 24 hours, have not mastered the integrated emergency response system and incomplete cooperation procedures between the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office and networking hospitals so that when patients are referred to hospitals the network is found to be late in handling . One of the factors suspected to be the cause of these problems is the low performance of the PSC operator 119. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the performance of PSC operators 119 UPT Ambulance Services and Network Hospital in the North Sumatra Provincial Health Service. This type of research is quantitative analytic survey research with cross sectional approach. The study was conducted at the UPT Ambulance Service and the Hospital of North Sumatra Provincial Health Service Network. The study population was 33 people and all were sampled. The research sample is adults aged 18 years to <60 years, male and female sex, D3 to S1 education level, working period ? 3 years and> 3 years. Data collection uses an interview method with closed answers. Data analysis used univariate analysis, bivariate analysis with chi-square, and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression test at 95% confidence level (? = 0.05). The results showed that the PSC 119 Operator Performance was stated to be good at 63.6%. The test results using multiple logistic regression shows that the significant value of the model together is obtained at p = 0,000 <<= 0,05, which means that the three variables used as models in this study have a significant influence on the performance of the PSC 119 operator in the UPT Service Ambulance and Network Hospital. The most influential variable in this study is the skill variable (Exp (B) = 10,032), the second influential variable is leadership (Exp (B) = 7,252) and the third influential variable is motivation (Exp (B) = 6,200). PSC 119 management is recommended at the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office to conduct training for all operators on a regular basis to improve skills, leadership training to improve collaboration between superiors and subordinates and to involve all operators in activities held by motivators to increase work motivation.} }
