Flavonoid compounds isolated from the leaves of citrus parasite by extracting 3000 g leaves powder using methanol. Methanol extract re-extracted with ethyl acetate. Ethyl acetate extract was partitioned with mixture of methanol and n-hexane. Methanol layer hydrolyzed with HCl 6% and obtained 3.02 g (0.10%) aglycone of flavonoids. Aglycone of flavonoids were isolated and purified by column chromatography. Pure compounds F3 (10 mg) was obtained as a brownish green amorphous solid and F4 (14 mg) as a yellow amorphous solid. The antioxidant activity of both compounds were investigaed by DPPH free radical scavenging method using ascorbic acid as a control positive. Antioxidant activity of F3 and F4 obtained with IC50 values of 9.383 ?g / ml and 8.713 g? / ml respectively. The antioxidant activity of both compounds classified as very powerful because they have IC50 values lower than ascorbic acid antioxidant activity with IC50 value of 12.08 g? / ml. Determination of the chemical structure of both compounds F3 and F4 done by interpretation of spectral data of spectroscophy FT-IR, UV, 1D NMR (1H NMR, 13C NMR, and DEPT),2D NMR (1H-1H1 COSY, 1H-13C HMBC, 1H-13C HMQC) dan LCMS. Based on these data, F3 expressed as 3.7-dihydroxy-5-methyl-3', 4'- dihydrofurano-flavonol and F4 as 3,5,7,4'-tetrahydroxyflavonol or Kaempferol.} }
