		abstract={This study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility, corporate governance structure, environmental performance and corporate value on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016
The analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The sample in this study were 7 companies manufacturing the Property and Real Estate sectors. 2012-2016 research year. The type of data in this study is Secondary data. Sample selection method is purposive sampling method. And processing data using SPSS software assistance.
The results contained in this study are corporate social responsibility and the company's value partially has a significant effect on the value of the company in Property and Real Estate manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Other results, namely corporate social responsibility, corporate governance structure, environmental performance and corporate value simultaneously have a significant effect on financial performance.}
