		abstract={This research was done to verify the effect of Firm Size, Asset Structure, Asset Growth, Sales Growth and Profitability to Capital Structure of Automotive Company in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Period used in this research is five years, ie from 2012 until 2016.
This research is a type of comparative causal research. The population used in this study are all automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a total population of 13 companies. Based on sampling technique with purposive sampling, there were 12 companies. The study used the documentation method that can be obtained from the financial statements published on the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange namely www.idx.co.id. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.
The results showed that Firm Size, Asset Structure,Asset Growth and Profitability had an effect on capital structure. Other variable in this research is Sales Growth have no effect on Capital Structure. Simultaneously, Company Size, Asset Structure, Asset Growth, Sales Growth and Profitability Influence on Capital Structure. The prediction ability of the five variables to the Capital Structure is 27.6% as indicated by the adjusted R square by 0.276 while the remaining 72.4% is influenced by other factors not included in the research model.}
