		abstract={The Purpose of this research is to find out and to analyze whether Economic Growth, Local Own Revenue, and Balance Fund influence the Capital Expenditure of Regencies/Cities in North Sumatera Province
Type of study is a research asosiatif. The population of this research are 33 regencies/cities and by using purposive sampling technique, 21regencies/cities in year 2014 up to year 2016 are chosen as samples. The independent variabel used in this research are Economic Growth, Local Own Revenue, and Balance Fund, and dependent variabel is Capital Expenditure. The results showed that simultan economic growth variables, native income had a positive effect on capital expenditure, while partially economic growth variables did not have a positive effect on capital expenditure.}
