For that have been isolated Colletotrichum fungus from leaves of palm oil from Negeri Lama Estate owned PT. Hari Sawit Jaya, private estate in Sidorukun Village in Labuhan batu Selatan, private estate in Air Joman of Asahan Regency. Furthermore, Colletotrichum isolates from each of the oil palm plantations were incubated using a medium potato dexstrose agar (PDA) with a treatment of 4 levels temperature 200C, 250C, 300C, and 350C for 7 days light or dark. The research was conducted by survey method with length and width of conidia variables. The result showed that incubation at 200C conidia Negeri Lama larger in light and dark. Sidorukun village conidia smallest than conidia Negeri Lama and Airjoman.Airjoman conidia lengthy and smaller than Negeri Lama (length and width ratio > 4). Comparison of length and width of Negeri Lama and Sidorukun village > 2, this is much different from incubation at 250C for each isolate. At 300C isolate Sidorukun Village in dark condition is lengthy than incubate at 200C and 250C, but conidia Negeri Lama in light condition is larger than at 200C and 250C while conidia Airjoman smaller to > 2 in light condition. At 350C conidia from all isolates were smaller than at 200C, 250C, 300C. Can be conclusion that the best temperate for Colletotrichum conidia from the Negeri Lama and Sidorukun Village at 300C in light and dark and Airjoman at 200C in dark, in this condition the conidia becomes lenghty and increase width. At 350C temperate has reduced the fitnhess of conidia as an infectious organ of Colletotrichum.} }
