Consume decoction of soursop leaf (Anonna muri- cata) is one type of nonfamakologi therapy which aims to reduce the level of pain of gout arthritis patient because the compounds contained in soursop leaf serves as an analgesic which can reduce gout pain. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of consuming boiled soursop leaf toward decrease pain of gout arthritis pa- tients in Gungung Putri Bogor. Sample was taken using total sampling 2 people who meet the inclusion criteria. The research design that used is Time Series De- sign and data collected from respondents using observation sheet. Nursing care was carried out for 3 days, from the assessment data carried out 3 diagnoses were found in both clients, namely client 1, namely Pain related to biological injury agents, Impaired physical mobility related to physical weakness, Impaired sense of comfort associated with gout arthritis, and Client 2, namely Acute pain related to biological injury agents, Activity intolerance related to physical weakness,dis- turbed sleep patterns related to lack of sleep control , special interventions that are carried out are giving soursop leaf decoction topain associated with biological in- jury agents . The evaluation obtained showed that there was an effect of consuming soursop leaf decoction on reducing pain in both clients with gout arthritis in the Gunung Putri area, Bogor. Suggestions for further research can use a larger pop- ulation for more accurate results and can develop research on the effect of consum- ing soursop leaf stew on other variables such as lowering blood pressure in patients with hypertension.
