Antenatal yoga can help reduce anxiety in pregnant women by creating a balance between the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual dimensions that make pregnant women happy, relaxed and calm. Research Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in anxiety of pregnant women in dealing with COVID-19 before and after being given antenatal yoga in the treatment and control groups. Metodology: This research is a true experimental study with two groups. The sampling technique used was Simple Random Sampling consisting of 36 people (18 control groups and 18 treatment groups). Data collection was carried out using observation sheets and HRS-A questionnaires. Result: The results of the Wilcoxon test analysis showed a significance value of 0.001 (p <0.05) so statistically there was a significant difference in anxiety facing COVID-19 before being given antenatal yoga and after being given antenatal yoga in the treatment group. While the results of the Mann-Whitney test showed a significance value in the treatment group of 0.001 (p <0.05) so there was a relationship between giving antenatal yoga to anxiety in the treatment group. Conclusions: This research is expected to provide an overview regarding the importance of avoiding stress and anxiety during pregnancy. Mothers are expected to implement simple antenatal yoga movements as an effort to reduce anxiety.} }
