The incidence of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in Diabetes Mellitus Type II is 50.8%. The high problem of peripheral neuropathy is characterized by decreased sensitivity in the feet. Preventing diabetic neuropathy and increasing foot sensitivity can be done with the Buerger allen exercise. This exercise is specifically for people with diabetes mellitus who have decreased blood circulation or peripheral perfusion disorders in the lower extremities. This study aims to determine the effect of buerger allen exercise on the sensitivity of the feet of patients with type II diabetes mellitus at Mangusada General Hospital. The research was carried out with the type of pre-experimental research with a pre-test and post-test one group design. The research was conducted from September to October 2022 with a total sample of 19 respondents using purposive sampling. Data was collected using Monofilament test. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study of foot sensitivity before being given Buerger allen exercise in patients with diabetes mellitus with a sensitivity of the right foot mean value of 5.7 and the left foot mean value of 5.6 after being given Buerger allen exercise the sensitivity of the feet improved, namely the right foot obtained a mean value of 7.3 while the results were the same in left leg obtained a mean value of 7.1. Analysis with the Wilcoxon test obtained a p-value <0.001 meaning that there was an effect of buerger allen exercise on the sensitivity of the feet of type II diabetes mellitus patients at Mangusada Hospital. The recommendations of this study are expected to be input for nurses to provide buerger allen exercise therapy to patients with type diabetes mellitus} }
