The purpose of this study to look into the matter by analyzing the relationship between the quality of a website (Website Quality) and customer satisfaction (Customer Satisfaction). From questionnaires conducted obtained a sample of 95 respondents. Data from the questionnaire done testing variable with test validity and reliability. Then, do the test normality of data and test of assuming as requirement the next step is the implementation of multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this test showed that the variable quality of use (usability), the quality of information (information quality), and the quality of the interaction (interaction quality) a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction (customer satisfaction) with a coefficient of determination of 0.622 and F count (52.564) > F table (2.704).} }
