		abstract={Administrative management is the key to success of a company in running the company?s activities. Therefore we need a capable management of administrative so the purpose of the company can fullfilled. The purpose of this final project is to understand and implement administrative procedures and administrative activities at PT Bhakti Tamara Royal Residence. In writing the final project report, the author uses the method of observation (direct observation). The author made detailed observations about how the process and flow of operational activities of the company. In addition, authors also conducted interviews with staff in the department of Marketing. Beside that the author visit to the library to find resources and references that support the preparation of reports. Of the several methods it can be concluded that the administrative management of an enterprise is very important. In PT Bhakti Tamara Royal Residence this has been done quite well. Administrative activities performed at the Royal Residence Tamara PT.Bhakti include archive management, processing incoming mail and outgoing mail, managing petty cash, and use of electronic machinery.}
