		abstract={The main purpose of this research are to know variable return on assets,
debt to total assets and earning per share that simultaneously influential for stock
price PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk concern. The second purpose are to know
that return on assets, debt total assets and earning per share in partial influential
for stock price PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk concern. In this observation, will
observe the financial ratios and stock price PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk
during period 2003-2007. Profitability ratio and leverage ratio are can be used,
the measurement used the formula from financial management. The statistical
method used to test the hypothesis is multiple regressions. This results of this
research That simultaneously influential for stock price and the hypothesis
explained influential between variable return on assets, debt to total assets and
earning per share to variable stock price accepted. Individual partial shows that
variable return on assets and earning per share insignificant influential on stock
price. While debt to total assets variable significant influential on stock price.
