		abstract={The purpose of this study is to analyse the correlation between mount rate of  interest   of   SBI   and  of   GWM   to   cost   of   loanable   fund.   This  research  object   is  PT.BANK   XYZ,   Tbk.   This   research   process   using   seconder   data   of   financial  statement of PT.BANK XYZ, Tbk period of September 2001 - December 2008 and  using literature related to research. The calculation of fund expense use formula  of   cost   of   loanable   fund.   The   analysis   technique   used   for   the   examination   of  hypothesis is correlation  analysis by test classic assumption and hypothesizing  test.
The     result   of   research   indicate   that   SBI   have   positive   influence   and  significant  to cost of loanable fund, but GWM have negative influence and do not  significant to cost of loanable fund.
