This study empirically examines the effect of compensation and career development on job satisfaction and employee performance in PT Dwidaya World Widedivision Travel Consultant. A survey of 52 employees aged 20-40 years was conducted using a questionnaire. Construction built using a specified scale. The results obtained indicate that compensation has no effect on employee performance and job satisfaction also has no effect on employee performance. Compensation affects job satisfaction as well as career development which has an effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. This study provides an indication of the effect of compensation and career development on job satisfaction and employee performance.
