Which is Transformasional Leadership and Financial Compensation plays an important role as good influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. And there was directly influence of Transformasional Leadership and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. This research is a descriptive quantitative research, this research used survey method for collecting data. The sample of this research are frontliner of Bank Rakyat Indonesia . The respondent are chosen by conveenience sampling. The result of analysis are processed with Structural Equation Model (SEM) The summary of the result are:Job Satisfaction proven to be influential to affect the performance of the BRI frontliner. There is a direct influence of Transformasional Leadership and Financial Compensation on Employee Performance. in this research there are three of variable who has influenced the employee performance but 2 of 3 has more powerfull than other. there was job satisfaction and transformasional leadership who has more power than financial compensation. The result is that H1 has the value estimation 0.309, H2 has a value estimated 0.202 here seen that the role of a leader in employee satisfaction level greatly influences job satisfaction. While H3 has the value estimation 0.415, H4 has a value estimated 0.245 and h5 has the value estimation 0.129. Here seen that H3 has the highest estimate of the value of the five hypotheses.
