Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 156 orang. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Job Satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived Organizational Performance, Trust berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap Perceived Organizational Performance, Perceived Supervisor Support berpengaruh signifikan dan negative terhadap Perceived Organizational Performance, Gender tidak memoderasi hubungan antara Job Satisfaction dan Perceived Organizational Performance.
