		abstract={From year-to-year. the investment rate in Indonesia are improving in a good rate. The case of doing investment is one of the aspect for the development. In the past, the need of having a high capital is one of the reason that a lot of people failed to become investor. Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM) record, from 2017 to 2018, the investment rate of Indonesia are improving from 678.8 trillion in 2018 or at least about 4.1% increase in rate. This improvement also happen in 2019 where it increase around 5.3% on the 1st quarter on 2019. This development make the Indonesian government optimist that Indonesia could experience a double digit rate improvement in the near future.}
