Now, a successful company is bringing a human focus to the digital interactions, designing a more collaborative digital experience. Meanwhile, there are many new digital technologies introduce and implemented in insurance industry like mobile application, robotic, chatbot and artificial intelligent as reported in Insurance tech vision 2020 trends (accenture, 2020). However, there are few studies related to adoption of digital technology in insurance industry. This study focuses to measure the behavior to use of iMO smart as mobile application using UTAT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model in once of top three life insurance company in Indonesia. The data collected from 486 respondents of bancassurance agents in Indonesia. The findings show that behavior to use the mobile application has direct impact from behavior intention to use. And, the behavior intention to use is the mediating factors of effort expectancy and performance expectancy of the mobile application. This study provides some insight for insurance business industry stakeholders in Indonesia when dealing with the implementation of new technology like management, IT people and distribution channels. This study also contributes theoretically to UTAUT theory by having behavior intention as a mediating factor that influence directly to the usage of the new technology. These results can be extended to investigate other factors like social influence factor when using the new technology on UTAUT model in the future studies.} }
